Inmiddels weten we allemaal hoe de situatie is. Publieke evenementen zijn verboden tot 1 september. Daarentegen gaat de overheid nu stap voor stap de maatregelen versoepelen. Dit biedt kansen. 1. Producten van het Ideeëntheater: unieke en veilige setting
Onze producten helpen je voldoen aan de 1,5 meter voorwaarden. Het Ideeëntheater zelf, net als onze andere producten, zijn flexibel in maat en vorm. Door deze flexibiliteit is er goed in te spelen op de anderhalve meter maatregelen. Door middel van onze producten is het nog steeds mogelijk om jouw evenement creatief, sfeervol maar toch veilig in te richten.
Het Ideeëntheater biedt jou de mogelijkheid om elke locatie sfeervol in te richten, in elke vorm of maat die je maar kan bedenken. Het theater bestaat uit rechte en schuine delen. Hierdoor is het mogelijk om bijvoorbeeld een halve cirkel, rechte tribune, meer gesloten cirkel of ovale arena te maken. Je beslist zelf hoe groot het theater wordt.
Tijdens de 1,5 meter periode kunnen minder mensen plaats nemen. Daarom biedt het Ideeëntheater tijdens deze periode meer delen aan zonder prijsverhoging. Dan voldoet u aan de 1,5 meter voorwaarde, zonder meer kosten te maken. Wel heeft u vanzelfsprekend een grotere ruimte nodig. Wij denken met u mee over een gewenste opstelling.

Ook onze clubzitjes zijn heel goed bruikbaar in de 1,5 meter samenleving. Zij kunnen in iedere opstelling op voldoende afstand van elkaar neergezet worden. Maak er een cirkel van, een theateropstelling of rond onze grote ronde tafel met een diameter van 2,4 meter.
Rondom deze tafel kunt u veilig met 6 mensen plaats nemen. De tafel is ook als halve tafel neer te zetten, met 3 zitjes. Daarmee maakt u bijvoorbeeld een mooie en sfeervolle schoolopstelling.

2. AVEX
Het audiovisueel bedrijf AVEX is volop bezig met oplossingen voor de 1,5 meter economie. Zo schreven zij begin maart een blog over virtuele meetings. Virtuele meetings zijn nu meer een standaard dan een norm geworden door de huidige omstandigheden. Veel medewerkers werken nog steeds thuis op dit moment. Virtueel meeten is dan de oplossing om toch up-to-date te blijven met de rest van de organisatie. Bekende tools zijn onder andere Google Meet, Microsoft teams, Zoom en Cisco WebEx. Deze tools zijn op dit moment gratis in gebruik. AVEX kan je hierbij helpen.
Samen met de Utrechtse Communicatiekring hebben zij een videospecial opgenomen over ‘Online samenwerken en verbinden. Wat brengt het ons?’. Een informatief gesprek over de mogelijkheden en kansen die er zijn om mensen met elkaar te verbinden. Als je de tijd hebt, is dit zeker een aanrader om even te kijken.
3. Postillion Hotels
Postillion Hotels breidt haar locaties alvast voor op de 1,5 meter economie. Met de noodzaak tot inspirerende ontmoetingen mogelijk te maken blijven zij niet bij de pakken neer zitten. Door middel van verschillende maatregelen wordt het straks mogelijk om evenementen te organiseren binnen de 1,5 meter maatregelen. Goede maatregelen die als inspiratie kunnen dienen voor andere evenementen organisatoren.
4. Ruimte om te raken
Een mooi voorbeeld van een digitaal evenementen in de huidige situatie is het collectief ‘Ruimte om te raken’. Juist in tijden waarin afstand houden van levensbelang is blijft verbinding belangrijk. Dit collectief, die werkzaam zijn in cultuur en evenementen, ontwerpt initiatieven om te raken. In een lege De Fabrique treden artiesten als Typhoon, Iris Hond, Derek Otte maar ook Edith Bosch en cabaretier Dolf Jansen op met als publiek: vijftig iPads. Zeer interessant om te zien hoe dit tot stand is gekomen. Je ziet het in het filmpje hieronder.
5. Nieuwsuur
Nieuwsuur deed onderzoek naar de problemen en verschillende oplossingen voor de 1,5 meter economie. Hoe kunnen we er straks weer op uit? Hoe bewaar je afstand in een restaurant? Een duidelijke verkenning in onderstaande video. Zeer interessant om te bekijken. Verschillende ondernemers komen aan het woord.
Uitdaging
Het is een flinke uitdaging voor de evenementenbranche om te voldoen aan de 1,5 meter maatregelen. Echter is de roep om verbinding en samenkomen groot. Door de handen ineen te slaan kunnen er mooie initiatieven ontstaan om toch mensen met elkaar te verbinden. Onze branche is erg creatief en ik weet zeker dat er werkbare oplossingen zullen ontstaan.
